Shipping & Returns

LISSY offers free shipping to New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada and United Kingdom with a delivery estimate of 1-4 working days for New Zealand customers and 2-10 working days for Australian, USA, Canada and UK customers.

If your order is placed over a weekend or public holiday period there may be slight delays in your delivery.

Rest of the world - $30 for International Courier, please choose this shipping option at checkout. Tracking details will then be emailed to you.

  1. Orders placed with LISSY will be processed within standard working hours any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.
  2. Delivery times are an approximate guide only.
  3. A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order, delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
  4. Postage and handling includes a tracking number and a signature is required upon delivery. You will be emailed tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  5. Please note LISSY does not take responsibility for any customs clearance fees/taxes and procedures outside of New Zealand which may cause additional costs and delays.
  6. LISSY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.
  7. Please note all orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

If you wish to return your purchase, please email us within 100 days of delivery receipt with your order number and further details. Returns are free for New Zealand and Australian customers only.

Garments must be returned in their original, clean condition with tags on, and must be unworn and unwashed. LISSY reserves the right to reject any garments not returned in their original state or not returned within 100 days of customer receipt.

We will raise a credit or provide an exchange once the garment has been received and accepted by us. Please note LISSY does not accept returns on sale items. 

LISSY does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us.
